In case of order cancellation after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPI, and net banking. Jarsome is not responsible for any payment failure due to issues with your bank or payment gateway.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery timelines range from 3–7 working days depending on location.

Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Jarsome, though we will support you in resolving such issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a simple return policy for products that are damaged or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Returns are subject to:

  • Unused and original condition of the product.

  • Original packaging and invoice.

  • Approval by our support team.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.
